Gilgal Aswasabhavan trust members www.gilgalcharity.org Gilgal Ashwasa Bhavan opened its door in a humble way in a rented house on 9th Oct 2000 at Nedumprathumala, Eraviperoor. It was the culmination of the efforts of 20 like minded brethren with a heavy burden in their heart for the destitute. Subsequently this Bhavan was registered as a Charitable Trust on 14th May 2001 at Thiruvalla. Mr.T.V.Varghese, Pengattu has generously allowed the use of his house and also offered to sell his land measuring 1.068 hectares at a reasonable price. Presently construction of a building with 17 rooms has been completed and 50 people of various ages and health are presently living there. Gilgal Gospel Center After my repentance I had a great burden about my village, so I started to evangelize my village through open air meetings, convention, fasting prayer, house visits and crusades .In 1993 pastor C.J.Soman (Niranam) came with his Bible School students and conducted a 5 days camp, The result of this meetings was a regular bible class which started in cheriyanad at the residence of Bro. A.G.Mathew, (Ex-Panchayath Member) when Pastor Soman got a chance to visit Gulf countries he arranged Pastor Surendren to conduct the bible class in Cheriyanad. After few weeks Bro.A.G.Mathew and few others decided to take water baptism. After the Baptism service Pastor Surenderan started new worship service in my house. Now a group of believers are worshiping here, most of them are new comers. We are not entertaining believers who come from other churches. Rather God is providing us with new souls.
Pastor James K.Eappen is also a Director Board Member of IPC Kttayam Theological Seminari IPCKTS is the premier and jointly owned ministerial training institute of the India Pentecostal Church of God, one of the largest indigenous Pentecostal movements of India. It is recognized by the IPC General Council, and is a member of Asia Theological Association. B. Th. & M.Div. degrees are awarded by the Allahabad Institute - Deemed University |
